2. Environmental Accountability & Green Protocols
Heavy industrial progress must never compromise our planet. Every manufacturing and processing unit under Amvats Group complies strictly with the Central Pollution Control Board (CPCB) and State Pollution Control Board guidelines:
- Rotary Kilns & Foundries: Equipped with electrostatic precipitators (ESP), bag filters, and real-time chimney emission monitors.
- Bio-CNG & Food Facilities: Operating on Zero Liquid Discharge (ZLD) principles, repurposing organic slurries into certified agricultural fertilizers.
- Green Belts: Mandatory plantation of indigenous trees covering at least 33% of industrial land parcels.
3. Occupational Health & Industrial Safety (OHS)
Human safety takes precedence over production velocity. Our foundries, construction sites, and energy installations follow strict safety audits:
- Mandatory Personal Protective Equipment (PPE) enforcement on 100% of shop floors and civil sites
- Daily toolbox talks, periodic fire drills, and emergency evacuation simulations
- Strict adherence to the Factories Act and Indian labor welfare legislations
